Terms & Conditions
Standard terms and operational regulations governing venue rental, exhibition stall construction, visitor access, and digital services at Sri Lanka Exhibition & Convention Centre (SLECC).
Dates are locked in upon execution of the SLECC Venue Licence Agreement and initial deposit.
All 3-phase power drops and overhead truss rigging are supervised by SLECC engineers.
Modular octanorm systems and clear load-out schedules protect hall infrastructure.
1. All provisional hall reservations at Sri Lanka Exhibition & Convention Centre (SLECC) are valid for fourteen (14) days unless confirmed via a signed Venue Hire Agreement and an initial 50% booking deposit.
2. The balance of the venue licence fee, together with any ordered octanorm stall packages, three-phase electrical connections, and AV rigging charges, must be settled no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled move-in date.
3. A refundable security and damage deposit is required prior to hall handover to cover any structural damage to floors, walls, or utility trenches.
