During live exhibitions and conferences at SLECC, automated CCTV security systems operate across public foyers, car parks, and hall perimeters strictly for public safety, crowd management, and asset protection.

To process venue reservations, stall bookings, electrical/AV service orders, and catering arrangements requested by event organisers and exhibitors.

To issue visitor badges, delegate passes, season parking permits, and security clearances for move-in and teardown contractors.

Where you have explicitly opted in (such as via our Newsletter subscription), to send updates on upcoming trade fairs, exhibitions, and special venue promotions at SLECC.

When you register for a specific third-party exhibition hosted at SLECC, your badge registration details may be shared with the official organiser of that specific exhibition to facilitate attendee access and B2B networking.

Contractual and financial records relating to venue hire are retained in accordance with Sri Lankan statutory accounting and regulatory requirements.
